Child Care

Our staff consists of enthusiastic early childhood professionals committed to a philosophy of a positive early childhood experience.

Each teacher is fully qualified, according to the Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS) Rules for child care centers. Most have Associate or Bachelor degrees. Coulee Children's Center provides additional training to convey our philosophy and the characteristics of our program.

Teachers are elected based on excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, positive attitude, and a commitment to providing care for children of all abilities.

Early Intervention/Pediatric Therapy

All Early Intervention and Pediatric Therapy staff hold required HFS90 licensure. Therapists hold Wisconsin licenses in their discipline and teachers hold a State of Wisconsin DPI (Department of Public Instruction) license in Early Childhood Special Education.

All staff must keep their licensure current, which requires continuing education and attendance at seminars to learn the newest techniques in the field. Our staff specializes in pediatric/early childhood therapy.

The Early Intervention Program staff is also available to work with child care staff on education, speech, language, occupational and physical therapy concerns.
