Our dedicated staff of professional educators is the heart and soul of our center. Most of our staff members hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education or an education-related field. Our staff has a total of more than 275 years of working in education, many with over 20 years of experience!

Annette Larson

Executive Director

Annette started at Coulee Children's Center in 2017 but has 27 years of experience in Early Childhood. Annette has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood from Western Wisconsin Technical College. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, reading, walking, and going shopping.

Kessea Lucey

Assistant Director and Billing Coordinator

Kessea studied Elementary Education at both UW-Eau Claire and UW-La Crosse. Kessea has worked at Coulee for over 20 years and has been the Assistant Director for over a decade. Among the things she loves most about working at Coulee Children's Center is that every day is new and exciting; no day is the same as the last. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
